3. We collect the products you wish to sell and store them in our secure storage facility
4. We create attractive, informative listings and place them on selected online marketplaces
5. We process sales, dispatch items and deal with returns and enquiries
6. We provide you with an end of month sales report and transfer sales revenues (less our fees) direct to your bank account
7. You heap generous praise on us and ask yourself why you didn't partner with us sooner!

FREE Online Market Report - no pressurised sales

Each report requested is individual to your business. We look at your competitors and find out what products are selling well, at what price and what products are not selling well. We identify gaps in the online market and advise you on how best to capitalise on them.

We don't like pressurised sales pitches, so after presenting you with our report, we go away and let you analyse our proposal. You then have the option to sign up immediately take our one month free trial, of up to ten of your products, or decline our service.

Secure Storage

We store your products in our secure facility so that when an order comes in we can quickly dispatch the item(s). We can store a whole assignment of your products or a limited number depending on expected sales and how many you wish to keep in stock. Storage is FREE, click for more details.

Returns

Where a return is necessary we deal with the process on your behalf. If it's a case of the product not being suitable then we check the item to make sure it is in the same condition as we sent it and add it back to the holding stock. If the item has been damaged during transit we begin a compensation claim with our carriers. If the item has been reported as faulty then we return the item to you for return to the manufacturer.

Enquiries

In the first instance we will deal with enquiries from prospective buyers. If however we are unable to provide an answer we may refer to you for your expert opinion. All answers to queries provided by you are then stored in our knowledge database so that we don't ask you repeat questions.

Our Fees

Fees are based on the sale price you specify for each product. We do not charge fees on the Postage & Package cost which we add seperately to your sale price.
