Catalogue Clothing Company

We started working with this company, who are part of the world's 3rd largest home shopping company, in November 2009. We were tasked with creating and managing an eBay store to be used as a clearance outlet. As part of our agreement, we manage the processes between the company's fraud checking, warehouse and customer service departments and regularly add, amend and update product listings.

The store has been chosen to participate in eBay's new outlet area and we co-ordinate the daily management of the relationship between our client and eBay's Account Managers. We manage over 400 products and in under 4 months we have helped our client to turnover more than £50,000.

Bathroom Company

We have been working with this company for over two years, initially on a project to build and design their website. At the beginning of 2009, our client came to us with a request to begin selling their products online. Due to the small size of this company and the lack of budget available, trading on their website was not an option so we introduced them to eBay. By selling their products on eBay, the initial fees were minimal and they only pay commision on sales that are made.

This client now has an excellent feedback rating and repeat customers. The next phase is to help them expand their product range and increase overall turnover.
